Big mistakes at 10 (35sec) and 16 (20sec). Hesitations at 8 and 11, about 5sec each. Really good race otherwise, but i'll need to make fewer mistakes at JWOC. Good speed despite bad sensations during warm-up

Ran Oppen 8, hadn't registered in time. Very tough terrain, high blueberry bushes and quite rocky ground. Huge mistake to 10, the biggest for a long time! I was quite close the control, and then my brain stopped to work I guess. Had big problem to relocate.

This race was a bit too much for me. Hadn't recovered from 10mila and school work the week before, not motivated, and gave up after a while. But nice terrain anyway (except maybe the old burnt area North-East of the map. 11th place

First J-Cup victory. Really good race, enjoyed the terrain (even if everyone did not :D )! Manage to hit 2 fences before control 3 (one after Control 1 and one between 2 and 3 ) which was quite a shock, but the bad feeling fortunately disappeared quickly. 10sec mistake at 5, misread the two yellow areas before the control. +30sec at control 7, 5sec at 8 where I was a bit the much to the left but corrected quickly. Lost control on my orienteering to 12th as i had planned to take the path all the way to the right and then the yellow area, but changed my mind when I caught up Andreas Boesen who ran more straight. Maybe 10-15sec lost. Then almost perfect, except for control 20 where I was unsure whether I was too much on the right or left when I ran up the spur. One of the nicest run-in ever :D

2nd place, nice! Everyone in the team ran really good, and it gave strong self-confidence before 10mila. ran the 4th leg, chasing start. I started about 30sec after the lead, and caught them up almost at the first control. I found the pace a little bit too slow and I didn't want to allow other chasing teams to close the gap, so I took the lead. Not so hard terrain, good visibility. The group spread gradually, Ralph for SNO was the only one who could follow! I allowed him to take the lead when I missed the spectator control :D, simply did not see it :) quite embarrassin!:) I caught up Ralph at 15th where he missed some seconds, and could change to Erik A in the lead! nice feeling

Nice city, nice course. Managed to push hard despite the bad legs during warm up!
Bad route choices both to 8 and 11.
A bit disappointed to miss gold by one secondn but really happy anyway!

Didn't know we were allowed to cross the cliffs.. Thought a dark line was forbidden to cross in sprint, but it seems that it's allowed.. Lost 30sec on 10 and 11 because of that. Bad feeling all the way, but good result.

Didn't get the first part. Got Bronze medal, nice!
Stupid mistake at 22, but it wouldn't have changed anything to the result I think

First relay of the year! And a very nice 3rd place! I ran the third leg, and started in a group of 6 people. We didn't run so fast in the beginning, and everyone was looking at the others in the field to control 2. I was leading quite often until control 5. I lost some time to 6th, going too much to the right. And from then till 14, I was never less than10 meters behind the last of the group. Shit, how fast they were running. Was chasing all the way, but could read the map carefully anyway. Missed 20sec to 15th, as I began to be really tired. And i passed the path between 16th and 17th, so maybe some more15sec lost there. I changed over as 5th man, 10sec behind SNO 2 and Tisaren, but Olle did a nice race and ran away from these two teams. Nice feeling!! 47min54s

Finally!!! First competition of the year! Wasn't so motivated before the start because of the snow that was still lying in more than half of the forest. Didn't feel really good in my legs, mainly because of that, i'm not so good to run on soft grounds! Felt that I was running not so fast all the way, but could as a result read the map really carefully and not miss any detail. A small mistake at 17 (20sec). No mistake otherwise, which i'm really happy with. pity that the legs weren't that fresh. 6th place in M21 (6minutes after Anders Holmberg, 2min after Millinger). Unfortunately one place and 4sec too much, since I got beaten by my flatmate Henka, who must have cheated somewhere!:)
